Leicestershire County Council Highways has agreed to a Temporary Traffic Regulation Order at the above location.
The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order will be implemented for public safety for Leicestershire County Council and their contractors to facilitate installation of new apparatus and maintenance to their existing apparatus.
A road closure is required on Main Street, Stanton Under Bardon between the junction of Ellistown Lane and the junction of Meadow Lane on the 10th May 2024 for 1 day between the hours of 9am and 3pm.
The proposed alternative diversion route will be via: Thornton Lane, Stanton Under Bardon; Stanton Lane, Main Street, Markfield Lane, Thornton; Broad Lane, Elliots Lane, Cliffe Hill Road, Stanton Lane, Stanton Under Bardon; Stanton Lane, A511 Shaw Lane, Markfield/Bardon; Beveridge Lane, West Lane, Ellistown and Battleflat; West Lane, Stanton Lane, Ellistown Lane, Stanton Under Bardon and vice versa.
